Ordering & Payment

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to the cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the ‘View Cart’ link in the top right hand corner of the page. Once your cart contains all the items you wish to purchase press the ‘Checkout’ button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment for your order can be made in the following ways;
Credit/Debit Card (we accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard & Maestro)
Via PayPal account
Bank Transfer or Cheque Payment
Purchase Order (Existing Credit Account Holders Only)
Request a Call Back to Arrange Payment

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock or available within the expected delivery schedule stated, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If an order is subsequently cancelled as a result of being placed on back order we will refund the amount paid for the item with no penalties to you.

Delivery

We will always aim to deliver your as quickly as possible, we have endeavoured to provide accurate estimates of product availability on all products across this site, for standard UK software orders delivery times will be 1-2 working days or 3-5 working days depending on the item ordered (please check individual product pages for specific availability).
Shipping times for non-software orders such as plotters, may vary between products. Please contact us if you would like to verify delivery times prior to ordering.
The prices shown on this site exclude shipping; for standard mainland UK orders there is a single charge of £10(ex VAT) per complete order. Please note that certain items such as plotters require certain delivery specifications and delivery tends to cost more due to the size of the item(s). Please add items to your cart to see full delivery costs, delivery prices quoted are to mainland UK only.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order you have placed with Cadpoint please call us on +44 (0) 1344 751300 before 16:30 on the day of order to cancel. Please note Cadpoint office hours are 8:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday.

Returns Policy

If goods are damaged in transit, they will be replaced with new goods – you must notify us within 48hrs of delivery. Once any software has been unsealed/ installed, we CANNOT accept the software back, in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. FOC 30 day trial versions of software are available to evaluate prior to purchase, please contact us to request these. Faulty goods will be referred to your warranty – you must notify us within 30 days of purchase. In some cases Cadpoint will provide replacements in line with manufacturer’s authorisation. All return requests must be submitted to Cadpoint in writing within 30 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds due will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods being satisfactorily returned.

Warranty

We guarantee your satisfaction, with both our products and our service. All goods supplied are brand new, with full manufacturer’s warranty; these can often be extended for a nominal fee, full details are available on request.
Purchased software has the option of technical support where offered, you have the option to extend this support annually if you so require; full details on request.
